Abstract
The method of producing a controlled-release powdered superplasticizer by vacuum impregnation is characterized by placing a dry powdered mineral carrier based on zeolite and / or bentonite in a vacuum chamber, then air is pumped out of the vacuum chamber to create a vacuum in the pores of the mineral carrier, then a liquid solution of polycarboxylate ether (PCE) superplasticizer is injected into the vacuum chamber under pressure, thereby drawing it into the pores of the mineral carrier, after which the saturated mineral carrier based on zeolite and / or bentonite is dried at a temperature below 55 °C to form a loose powder.
