Abstract
The present invention relates to an assembly of a tethered balloon support structure (1), comprising a tethered balloon filled with a lifting gas that is less dense than the surrounding air and kept free at a specified height above the ground (8), where a three-dimensional wide-aperture support net (3) fixed to the ground (8) is placed above the tethered balloon (2).
