Abstract
Claims
------05 / 06 / 2569------(OCR)OCR09WP1. The preparation procedure for a photocatalyst operating under ultraviolet and fluorescent light consists of the following steps: a. Dissolve 0.5-1 mol of titanium butoxide (50-98% purity) in 9-18 mol of ethanol solution (50-98% w / v purity) under continuous stirring. b. Add 0.25-0.5 mol of acetylacetone solution (50-98% purity), 1-2 mol of water, and 0.1-0.2 mol of nitric acid (50-98% w / v purity) to the solution from step a. a. Stir continuously until the titanium butoxide is completely dissolved to obtain a titanium solution. c. Add 0.8-0.15 mol of zirconium acetyl acetonate particles (50-98% w / w purity) to the titanium solution prepared in step b. Stir until the zirconium acetyl acetonate particles are completely dissolved. d. Add 0.5-0.1 mol of silver nitrate powder (50-98% w / w purity) to the solution prepared in step c. Stir until the silver nitrate powder is completely dissolved and forms a sol-gel consistency. e. Take the solution prepared in step d.The material is evaporated at room temperature until dry, then baked at 50-80 degrees Celsius for 6-12 hours, and finally fired in a kiln at 400-600 degrees Celsius for 4-6 hours. The resulting product is a gray powder containing titanium dioxide, zirconium, and silver.
