2. A catalyst that is entitled to claim 1 in which the catalyst conforms to condition (1) and the ratio (W1AV2) of the weight of p(W1) to the total weight of Si, Ca and Fe(p2) is from 0.1 to 0.2; and / or in which the catalyst conforms to condition (1) and the ratio (p! / p3) of the weight of p(W1) to the weight of O(p3) is from 0.1 to 0.27.3.A catalyst that is entitled to either claim 1 or 2, in which the catalyst conforms to condition (2) and the ratio (W1 / W2) of the weight of p(W1) to the total weight of Si, Ca and Fe(W2) is from 0.3 to 0.4; and / or in which the catalyst conforms to condition (2) and the ratio (W1AV3) of the weight of p(W1) to the weight of O(W3) is from 0.3 to 0.
4. A catalyst entitled to any of claim 1-3 in which the catalyst has a specific surface area from 10 m² / g to 100 m² / g.
5. Method For the production of catalysts, the following processes are involved: immersion of industrial by-products in solutions to obtain mixtures in which the solution contains phosphorus-containing compounds dissolved in a solvent in which the phosphorus-containing compounds contain phosphorus-containing inorganic acids, phosphorus-containing salts, phosphorus-containing esters, or a combination thereof; drying of the mixture to remove the solvent, resulting in a solid; and annealing of the solid to obtain the catalyst claimed under any of the claims 1 through 4.Methods that are enshrined in claim 5, where the industrial by-product is iron slag, where the industrial by-product is free of Ni, where the industrial by-product is free of Cr, page 2 of number 3, page 7. Methods that are enshrined in claim 5 or 6, where the industrial by-product conforms to one of the following two conditions (1) and (2): (1) 5% by weight - 9% by weight of Si, 0.1% by weight - 2% by weight of P, 30% by weight - 40% by weight of Ca, 12% by weight - 25% by weight of Fe, 30% by weight - 40% by weight of 0 and 0.1% by weight - % by weight of Mg, Al, Mn or a mixture of them based on the weight of the catalyst; and based on the weight of the industrial by-product; and (2) 5% by weight - 12% by weight of A1, 9% by weight - 8% by weight of Si, 0.01% by weight - 0.5% by weight of P, 30% by weight - 38% by weight of Ca, 35% by weight - 48% by weight of O, and 0.1% by weight - % by weight of Mg, R, K, Ti, Mn, Fe, or a mixture of those based on the weight of industrial by-products.The method as claimed in claim 7 in which the industrial by-products are satisfied with condition (1) and the weight ratio of phosphorus-containing compounds to industrial by-products is between 1:10 and 1:
59. The method as claimed in claim 7 or 8 in which the industrial by-products are satisfied with condition (2) and the weight ratio of phosphorus-containing compounds to industrial by-products is between 1:5 and 1:
210.
11. Any of the methods claimed under claims 5-10 in which an inorganic acid containing phosphorus is phosphoric acid, phosphoric acid, hypophosphorus acid, or polyphosphoric acid, in which a salt containing phosphorus is a phosphate, phosphite, hypophosphite, or polyphosphate, and / or in which an ester containing phosphorus is an ester of phosphoric acid, an ester of phosphorus acid, an ester of hypophosphorus acid, or an ester of polyphosphoric acid. 12.
13. Any of the methods claimed under Reach 5-12, after immersion of the industrial by-product in a solution to obtain a mixture which includes: (page 3 of 3) separation of the mixture into first and second parts through filtration, precipitation or magnetic separation; and drying of the first or second part to remove the solvent resulting in a solid.
14. Any of the methods for the preparation of a gaseous by-product which includes: feeding a catalyst as claimed under Reach 1 through any of 4 into the reactor; adding a carbon source to the reactor; and performing a heating process to convert the carbon source into a gaseous by-product using a catalyst. 15.The method as claimed in claim 14, in which the heating process is carried out at temperatures ranging from 600°C to 1000°C, in which the weight ratio of the catalyst to the carbon source is from 1:1 to 5:1, and / or in which the gaseous substance consists of H2, CO, CH4, or a mixture of those substances.
