Abstract

What is provided is an aluminum-made fin material composed of: A hydrophilic film in which hydrophilicity is maintained for an extended period and a decrease in hydrophilicity occurs due to... The adhesion of volatile organic compounds to the fin surface is prevented by the fin material made from... Aluminum components include: aluminum sheets; and a hydrophilic film layer formed on / over the aluminum sheets. The hydrophilic film layer is made from a resin composition containing resin A which is a homopolymer or copolymer and... Crosslinking agents based on -Zr and homopolymers or copolymers of resin A were prepared. From the monomer components, which at least contain a monomer with at least one selected group. A group consisting of a sulfonic acid group, an alkali metal salt group of sulfonic acid, and a salt group. Ammonium of sulfonic acid

Claims

1. Aluminum-made fin material consisting of: an aluminum plate; and a hydrophilic film formed on / above the aluminum plate, where the hydrophilic film is made from a resin composition containing a homopolymer or copolymer resin A and a -Zr-based crosslinking agent. The homopolymer or copolymer of resin A is prepared from a monomer component containing at least one monomer group chosen from those containing sulfonic acid groups, salt groups, etc.

1. Aluminum fin material according to Reputation 1 where the resin composition also contains a homopolymer or copolymer resin B, and the homopolymer of the copolymer of resin B is prepared from a monomer component which contains at least one monomer with a carboxyl group.

2. Aluminum fin material according to Reputation 2 where the volume ratio of resin A to resin B in the resin composition is 20 / 80 to 80 / 20 by mass. 4.Aluminum finned materials under any of the claims 1 to 3 in which the amount of -Zr-based crosslinking agent in the hydrophilic film is 0.05% by mass or greater and 6.0% by mass or less.

5. Aluminum finned materials under any of the claims 1 to 3 which also include a corrosion-resistant film between the aluminum plates and a hydrophilic film formed on the surface of the corrosion-resistant film.

6. Aluminum finned materials under claim 4 which also include a corrosion-resistant film between the aluminum plates.

7. Aluminum fin materials pursuant to claims 1 through 3, intended for use in heat exchangers; 8. Aluminum fin materials pursuant to claim 4, intended for use in heat exchangers; 9. Aluminum fin materials pursuant to claim 5, intended for use in heat exchangers; 10. Aluminum fin materials pursuant to claim 6, intended for use in heat exchangers.
