Abstract
DC60 (04 / 04 / 60) Cell culture systems that use electric fields to stimulate cells have been developed, designed, and fabricated for use. The electric field stimulates fibroblast cells to change their shape, affecting their adhesion. This process causes cells to detach from their supporting surface and can be used to stimulate other cell types to respond. Various electric field values are used to study the behavior of cells, which changes as desired, using a disk system. Cell culture using an electric field stimulation, consisting of a base of the culture dish system (1), a support base. ITO coated glass (2), ITO coated glass (3) act as electrodes at all times during operation. Cell stimulator, cell culture medium holder (4), counter electrode support (5), counter. The electrode (6) serves as a counter electrode, a holder for the feed plate component (7), and a wire.
