Abstract
Claims
1. Packaged food products comprising: a container where at least one side of the wall extends from the edge, where at least one such wall defines the storage area, and a tool extending from the edge beyond at least one such wall, and the food product is packaged within the storage area and in contact with at least one such wall, where at least one such wall is configured to be immediately deformable by the user's hand to reduce the volume of the storage area, and the packaged food product is configured in such a way that the reduction of the volume of the storage area will cause the food product to be released from the storage area.
2. Packaged food products under claim 1 where at least one such wall has a thickness of one, the edge has a thickness of a second, and the second thickness is larger than the first thickness.
3. Packaged food products under claim 2 where at least one such wall forms a blow-molded wall that is a single unit with both the edge and the tool. 4.
5. Packaged food products under claim 4 where at least one of the side walls consists of a bottom wall and at least one side wall, and at least one of the bottom walls and at least one side wall together define the storage area, with at least one of the side walls tapering inward from the edge.
6. Packaged food products under claim 1 where at least one of the side walls extends from the edge beyond at least one of the side walls by a distance of at least 1 centimeter.

13. A method under claim 12 where the breaking up of the food product involves chopping the food product with the tool.
14. A method under claim 12 where the tool extends beyond at least one such wall by a distance of at least 1 centimeter.
15. A method under claim 12 where the tool consists of at least one pin and the breaking up of the food product involves breaking up the food product using at least one such pin. 16.
