Abstract
Claims
------02 / 07 / 2569------(OCR)OCR10KL1. Steel piles for deep foundation work are characterized by a round steel pile with a sharp threaded end as the first component for installation into the ground, round steel piles with threads as the second and third components, and the upper joint of the steel pile as the fourth component. The round steel pile with a sharp threaded end consists of a round pipe with a sharp end (1), a hollow round pipe (2), by welding steel threaded plates (3), (4) together with the pipe. One end of the pipe has holes (5) drilled at intervals on both sides, with steel plates (6), (7) drilled at intervals. The same number of holes as those drilled are welded together for fastening nuts and screws (12), (13), (14), (15), (16), (17) to the second component, the threaded round steel pile, which consists of hollow round pipes (18), (33) by welding steel threaded blades (19), (34) together with the pipe. One end of the pipe has holes (8), (23) drilled at intervals. The pipe is squeezed to be smaller than the first component of the steel pile. The inside of the pipe guides (9), (10), (11), (24), (25), (26) are welded together in a transverse direction, with the position of the inner pipe holes aligned with the position of the drilled holes in the pipe for fastening nuts and screws (12), (13), (14), (15), (16).(17) It is assembled and fastened to the steel pile, component 1, on the other side of the pipe, the end of the pipe is drilled with holes (20), (35), with steel plates (21), (22), (36), (37) drilled with holes at intervals on both sides, the same number as the holes drilled at the end of the pipe, and welded together in the same position as the holes drilled, assembled together by using the method of fastening nuts and screws (27), (28), (29), (30), (31), (32) to component 3, the upper joint of the steel pile, consisting of a hollow round pipe (48), one end of the pipe is drilled with a certain number of holes (38), and the pipe is squeezed to have Smaller than the steel pile, the third component inside the pipe guide (39), (40), (41) is welded together in a transverse direction, with the inner pipe hole positioned to align with the drilled hole for the nuts and screws (42), (43), (44), (45), (46), (47) to be assembled and secured to the third component steel pile. On the other end of the pipe (48), a square steel plate with a hole in the center (56) is inserted into the round pipe (48) and welded together with the round pipe (48), leaving a small gap for welding together the folded steel plate parts with holes placed on the four corners (57), (58), (59).(60) and there are a number of square steel plates (61) with holes drilled at intervals, welded together with the pipe for use in assembling the upper structure.------------1. Steel piles for deep foundation work, which are in the form of threaded steel piles, consisting of a round pipe with a threaded end that is pointed at the end as the first part in installing the steel pile into the ground, assembled with a round pipe with a thread as the second, third, etc. part until the length is calculated to support the weight according to engineering principles and the upper joint of the steel pile is used as a foundation to support the upper structure above the ground (Figure 2). Specific characteristics It is a connection set between a round pipe with a pointed end (component 1), one end of which is pointed (1) for the first part to be installed into the ground. One end of the pipe is larger (5), with a number of holes drilled in it, and a perforated steel plate is welded to align the holes with the holes in the pipe (6), (7). It is then assembled to the other end of the round pipe with a pointed end (component 2), which is smaller (8). Inside the pipe, a round pipe is connected so that the inner pipe aligns with the outer holes of the pipe with a number of holes drilled (9), (10), (11). When the ends of the pipes are assembled together, the resulting holes will align so that a screw can be threaded through the holes (12), (13).(14) Insert through to the other side of the pipe and secure the nuts to the end of the screws (15), (16), (17) until all the holes have been drilled. Assemble the threaded round pipe to the required length to support the weight of the structure, calculated according to engineering principles. Use the connector (component 3) as a base to support the structure above the ground and the steel piles in the ground (Figure 5 or Figure 6). Assemble it to one end of the pipe of component 2 which is larger (20), (35). Drill a number of holes and weld a perforated steel plate to align the holes with the holes in the pipe (36), (37). Assemble it to the other end of the pipe of the connector. On the steel pile (Figure 5), which is smaller than (38), inside the pipe, a round pipe is connected, with the inner pipe aligned with the outer holes of the pipe. A number of holes are drilled (39), (40), (41). When the ends of the pipes are assembled together, the holes that appear must be cut so that screws are threaded through the holes (42), (43), (44) to the other side of the pipe, and nuts are secured to the ends of the screws (45), (46), (47) until all the number of holes drilled are complete. For the top of the joint (Figure 5), a number of round steel plates are drilled to hold the screws and nuts (49), and welded to the round pipe, and welded to the triangular steel (50), (51), (52), (53), (54).(55) To provide strength for supporting the weight of the structure above the ground or for the top of the joint (Figure 6), take a square steel plate with holes in the center, insert it into the round pipe and weld it together (49). Take angle steel folded into C shapes (50), (51), (52), (53) and weld it to the steel plate at all four corners. Take a number of square steel plates with holes and weld them to the top (54) for screws and nuts to fasten to the structure above the ground with strength for supporting the weight;
