Abstract

OCR07AP This invention relates to a stabilization process for 1'-acetoxic acetate from galangal, which involves the following steps: The obtained 1'-acetoxic acetate is mixed with insoluble hydrocarbons at a temperature of 40-90 degrees Celsius, then continuously stirred for 1-60 minutes. A polymer is dissolved in water and gradually poured into the stirred mixture while continuously stirring for 1-60 minutes. This results in micrometer or nanometer-sized particles containing 1'-acetoxic acetate.

Claims

OCR07AP1. The stabilization process of 1'-acetoxychavicol acetate involves the following steps: a. Mix 1'-acetoxychavicol acetate with insoluble hydrocarbons at 40-90°C in a concentration ratio of 1'-acetoxychavicol acetate to hydrocarbon concentration of 10:1 to 1:10 by weight. b. Continuously stir the mixture from step a for 1-60 minutes. c. Dissolve 0.1-10.0% by weight of the polymer in water. d. Gradually pour the mixture from step c into the mixture from step b, stirring constantly.

1. The ratio of 1'-acetoxychavicol acetate to polymer is 10:1 to 1:10 by weight, with continuous stirring for 1-60 minutes.

2. The stabilization process of 1'-acetoxychavicol acetate according to claim 1, where selectable insoluble hydrocarbons from alkanes with carbon chains from 16 to 40, waxes with melting points of 40-70 °C, fatty acid esters with melting points in the range of 40-70 °C, beeswax, insoluble hydrocarbons with melting points in the range of 40-70 °C, one or more of these substances. 3.The stabilization process of l'-acetoxyavicol acetate under claim1 where a polymer is selected from one or more of the following compounds: polyvinyl alcohol, methyl cellulose, chitosan, succinamide, carboxymethyl cellulose;
