Abstract

OCR10KL (February 16, 2026) This invention relates to a process for producing dried rubber from low-protein natural latex. Or a low non-latex fraction consisting of the natural latex dripping process, protein, and / or non-latex components. The rubber beads are immersed in an aqueous solution containing surfactant and acid, and left to soak. The solution is left for a period of time, after which the rubber granules are separated from the latex and the granules are processed. When this rubber dries, it will yield dry rubber in the form of spherical granules with a distinctive characteristic: the aqueous solution. It contains surfactants and acids.

Claims

OCR10KL (16 / 02 / 2569) 1. A process for the production of dry rubber from low-protein natural latex concentrate and / or low-rubber non-components consisting of the following steps: a) Dropping low-protein natural latex concentrate and / or low-rubber non-components into an aqueous solution and allowing the rubber granules to be immersed in the solution for a period of 2 to 5 minutes; b) Separating the rubber granules from the latex; c) Drying the rubber granules. The characteristic feature is that the aqueous solution contains surfactants and acids.

2. A process for the production of dry rubber from low-protein natural latex concentrate or low-rubber non-components according to claim 1, where the surfactant is a selectable anionic surfactant from a group consisting of alkylsulfate, alkylbenzenesulfonate, alkylnaphthalenesulfonate, dialkylsulfosuccinate, alkylethersulfate,3. A process for producing dry rubber from low-protein or low-non-rubber concentrated natural latex according to claim 1, where such surfactant is a non-ionic surfactant selectable from a group consisting of alkylphenolethoxylates or alkylalcoholethoxylates.

4. A process for producing dry rubber from low-protein or low-non-rubber concentrated natural latex according to claim 1, where such surfactant is a non-ionic surfactant selectable from a group consisting of alkylphenolethoxylates or alkylalcoholethoxylates. Specifically, the selectable cationic surfactants are those composed of alkylamines or quaternary ammonium compounds.

5. A process for producing dry rubber from low-protein or low-non-rubber concentrated natural latex according to claim 1, where the concentration of surfactants in an aqueous solution containing surfactants and acids is in the range of 0.001-1 percent by weight.

6. A process for producing dry rubber from low-protein or low-non-rubber concentrated natural latex according to claim 1, where the acids are selectable from acetic acid,Formic acid, hydrochloric acid, phosphoric acid, sulfuric acid, citric acid, nitric acid, carbonic acid, ascorbic acid, boric acid, oxalic acid, hydrobromic acid, propionic acid, succinic acid, fumaric acid, malonic acid, glycolic acid, lactic acid, malic acid, tartaric acid, ketoglutari acid Ketoglutaric acid, Glutamic acid, Aspatic acid, Maleic acid, Hydroxymaleic acid, Pyruvic acid, Phenylacetic acid, Benzoic acid, Para-aminobenzoic acid, Antranilic acid, Para-hydroxybenzoic acid, Salicylic acid, Para-aminosalicylic acid, Methanesulfonic acid, Ethanesulfonic acidHydroxyethane-sulfonic acid, ethylenesulfonic acid, halobenzene-sulfonic acid, toluenesulfonic acid, naphthalenesulfonic acid, sulfanilic acid, or uric acid.

7. A process for producing dry rubber from low-protein concentrated natural latex or low-non-rubber components as per claim1, where the aqueous solution has a pH in the range of 1-4.5;
