Abstract

------27 / 03 / 2561------(OCR) Page 1 of 1 Summary of the invention. The invention of modified natural rubber containing chloroacetate groups has been revealed, resulting in rubber with enhanced durability. Organic solvents are colorless, odorless, and in powder form, produced by adding functional groups to rubber molecules. The epoxidation reaction in natural latex is performed, followed by the addition of chloroacetic acid. The reaction is left to continue for at least one hour. This will yield CNR (Created Natural Rubber) latex. The CNR particles will clump together and separate from the water. The CNR powder is then filtered. The CNR (Concentrated Natural Rubber) is obtained by washing the rubber until it reaches a neutral washing state. The resulting CNR is then dried. (CNR) is a natural rubber containing chloroacetate groups, which makes the natural rubber porous and able to integrate with silica without the need for additional binders. In addition to being molded by vulcanization using a sulfur system, coupling agents can also be molded using other groups of compounds. Amines, or the tetramine group, are also included. ------------ Updated 16 / 08 / 59 The invention of modified natural rubber containing chloroacetate groups has been revealed, resulting in rubber with enhanced durability. CNR (Conjugated Natural Rubber) is a type of natural rubber that contains chloroacetate groups. This makes the natural rubber polar, allowing it to coexist with silica. Without the need for coupling agents, in addition to being able to be molded by vulcanization using a sulfur system, it can also be further molded. This can also be caused by diamine or tetamine compounds. ......................................................................... New request updated. Claims

------05 / 06 / 2569------(OCR)OCR09WP1. Modified natural rubber according to the compound formula (chemical formula).

2. Preparation process of modified natural rubber according to claim 1, which has the following process: a. Epoxidation reaction step - Add 70 ml of surfactant diluted with water at a surfactant to water ratio of 1:6 ml to 100 g of natural latex with a percentage of rubber solids (%DRC) of 60. - Add hydrogen peroxide and formic acid to the natural rubber and stir at a temperature range of 40°C to 70°C. The reaction is then performed. a. Preparation of CNR rubber by epoxy decomposition - Add chloroacetic acid to the epoxidized latex at room temperature and stir continuously for at least 1 hour. - Let it stand to allow the particles to coagulate and separate from the water. Filter the resulting CNR rubber powder and wash the rubber until the washing water is neutral. Dry the resulting CNR rubber.

3. Process for preparing modified natural rubber according to Patent 2, where natural rubber can be selected from fresh latex, low-ammonia concentrated latex, or high-ammonia concentrated latex. 4.The process for preparing modified natural rubber according to Patent 2, where the surfactant is diluted by water to a surfactant-to-water ratio of 1:6 by volume; and the process for preparing modified natural rubber according to Patent 2 or 3, where the ratio of natural rubber to formic acid to hydrogen peroxide is 1.0:0.1:0.1 to 1.0:1.0:1.0 by moles.
