Abstract

------25 / 05 / 2566------(OCR) The cutting tool described in this invention is a cutting tool capable of supplying coolant to the cutting tip, with the tool body having length in one direction, a coolant flow path that expands in the longitudinal direction, and an outlet that penetrates the front end of the coolant flow path, and a groove that penetrates the front end of the coolant flow path through the outlet. This groove is constructed with a width greater than the diameter of the outlet. ------------

Claims

------25 / 05 / 2566------(OCR)1. A milling tool capable of supplying coolant to the cutting edge, in which the tool body has length in one direction, a coolant flow path that expands in the longitudinal direction, and an outlet that penetrates the forward end of the coolant flow path and a groove that penetrates the forward end of the coolant flow path through the outlet. The groove is constructed with a width greater than the diameter of the outlet.

2. A milling tool specified in claim 1, in which the tool body has a mounting part located at the forward end of the tool body than the groove and is capable of mounting such a cutting edge.

3. A milling tool specified in claim 1 or 2, in which the center axis of the coolant flow path is radially offset relative to the center axis of the tool, and the cutting edge is located on the expansion line of the center axis of the coolant flow path.4.

5. Any milling tool specified in Reachments 1 to 4 has a flow-forming element inserted into the body of the tool, with its front end connected through the outlet and a second through hole creating at least part of the coolant flow path.

6. Any milling tool specified in Reachments 1 to 5 has a groove created on a surface oriented in the same direction as the relief surface of the cutting edge from the outer surfaces of the tool.

7. Any milling tool specified in Reachments 1 to 5 has a groove created on a surface oriented in the same direction as the rake surface of the cutting edge from the outer surfaces of the tool. 8.

9. Any cutting tool specified in claims 1 to 7 in which the base end of the coolant flow path is positioned further inside the tool than the front end of the coolant flow path.

10. Any cutting tool specified in claims 1 to 8 in which the groove is made in an inclined shape in which its width increases from the base end of the outlet side to the front end.
