Claims
------30 / 04 / 2569------(OCR)OCR10KL1.
1. Method for separating live zooplankton by separating eggshells, zooplankton eggs, non-living zooplankton, and contaminants from live zooplankton.
2. Method according to claim 1: Zooplankton are living organisms that live in water columns, cannot photosynthesize, and move due to transport by currents and winds, whether collected from nature or from aquaculture. Examples include freshwater mites, Daphnia, brackish water mites, copepods, brine shrimp, and Artemia.
3. Method according to claim 1 or 2 using prochloride salt.
4. Method according to claim 3: The hypochlorite salt used in this invention is sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite.
5. Method according to claim 3: The compound that provides hydrogen peroxide used in this invention is sodium percarbonate, sodium phosphate, or sodium peroxide.
6. Method according to claim 1 or 2: This involves placing zooplankton in a separation container at a ratio between 10 grams per liter and 150 grams per liter. 7.
7. The method under claim 6 involves adding hypochlorite salt to the water to achieve a chlorine concentration of not less than 2 parts per million and not more than 10 parts per million.
8. The method under claim 7 involves adding a hydrogen peroxide-providing compound in an amount of 2 grams per liter to 15 grams per liter.
9. The method under claim 8 involves the hypochlorite salt being mixed with the hydrogen peroxide-providing compound, resulting in a chemical reaction that rapidly produces small bubbles of oxygen gas (O2(g)), with the measured oxygen content in the water not less than 15 milligrams.
10. A method under claim 9 that results in complete stratification between eggshells, zooplankton eggs, non-living zooplankton, contaminants and living zooplankton within a minimum of 2 minutes and a maximum of 10 minutes. ------------------09 / 01 / 2026------(OCR)OCR09WP 1. A method for separating living zooplankton by separating eggshells, zooplankton eggs, non-living zooplankton and contaminants from living zooplankton. 2.
1. Method according to claim 1: Zooplankton are organisms that live in the water column, cannot photosynthesize, and are transported by currents and winds, whether collected from the wild or from aquaculture. Examples include freshwater mites, red mites, brackish water mites, copepods, brine shrimp, and Artemia.
3. Method according to claim 1 or 2: Using hypochlorite salt in reaction with a hydrogen peroxide compound to rapidly produce small gas bubbles.
4. Method according to claim 3: The hypochlorite salt used in this invention is sodium hypochlorite or calcium hypochlorite.
5. Method according to claim 3: The compound providing hydrogen peroxide used in this invention is sodium percarbonate, sodium phosphate, or sodium peroxide.
6. Method according to claim 1 or 2: Involves placing zooplankton in a separation container at a ratio between 10 grams per liter and 150 grams per liter.
7. Method according to claim 6: By adding hypochlorite salt to the water to achieve a chlorine concentration of not less than 2 parts per million and not more than 10 parts per million. 8.
9. The method under claim 7 involves the addition of a hydrogen peroxide-providing compound in an amount of 2 to 15 grams per liter.
10. The method under claim 8 involves the mixing of hypochlorite salt with a hydrogen peroxide-providing compound, resulting in a rapid chemical reaction that produces small oxygen (O2(g)) bubbles, with the measured oxygen content in the water being not less than 15 milligrams per liter and not more than 30 milligrams per liter.
11. The method under claim 9 results in the complete separation of eggshells, zooplankton eggs, non-living zooplankton, contaminants, and living zooplankton within a period of not less than 2 minutes and not more than 10 minutes.
