Claims
OCR07AP1. A rubber socket positioned between the equipment under test and the test instrument to connect the terminals of the electrical equipment under test and the test instrument plate, consisting of: a plate-shaped support element consisting of a central area with a molded through hole and, respectively, at positions corresponding to the terminals of the equipment under test, and with a number of dividing zones, and an outer area placed outside the central area; and a number of conductive blocks placed on a number of dividing zones of the support element, respectively. Each provided conductive block has a conductive section molded by arranging a number of conductive particles in a flexible insulating material in the thickness direction, and an insulating section placed around the conductive section to separate and support the conductive section, where the conductive section is molded at a position corresponding to the through hole of the dividing zone, respectively. Each conductive section has a lower section that is supported by an insulating section, which is thicker than the support element and is inserted into the through hole.And the lower surface of the insulation section is attached to the upper surface of the support part by an adhesive applied to the upper surface of the support part, thus the conductive block is connected to the support part.
2. A prefabricated rubber socket as claimed in claim 1, where a certain number of dividing zones are of equal size.
3. A prefabricated side socket as claimed in claim 1, where a piece of the conductive box, including the damaged conductive section, can be replaced with a new piece of the conductive box, including the normal conductive section, for repair.
4. A prefabricated rubber receptacle as claimed in Patent 1, in which the conductive portion has an overhang that extends above the insulating portion.
5. A prefabricated rubber receptacle as claimed in Patent 4, in which the backing film is bonded to the top surface of the insulating portion.
6. A prefabricated rubber receptacle as claimed in Patent 1, in which the adhesive is a silicone adhesive.
7. A prefabricated rubber receptacle as claimed in Patent 1, in which the backing is manufactured with engineering plastic or printed circuit board (PCB).
8. A prefabricated rubber receptacle as claimed in Patent 1,Where the support element has a number of positioning adjustments molded into its outer area for its alignment.
9. The finished rubber socket as claimed in claim1, which further consists of a frame into which the outer area of the support element is attached, a frame consisting of a number of positioning adjustments molded;
