Electric vehicle (10) under claim 10 further incorporated with a main frame (40) constructed in the form of a rear extension from the steering tube (24) where the main frame (40) is positioned above the lower frame (42) and one end of the rear support section (60) is connected to the lower support section (58) and the other end of the rear support section (60) is connected to the main frame (40).12.The electric vehicle (10) under any one of claims 1 through 11 shall be further incorporated with a steering arm (32) connected to the steering axle (30) in which the battery (54) shall be positioned between both ends of the steering arm (32) in the width-to-width (DLR) direction of the electric vehicle (10) and the battery (54), and the steering arm (32) shall overlap each other in the top figure of the electric vehicle (10);
