OCR09WP20 / 08 / 25691. A method for fabricating microcapsules from natural substances with antimicrobial activity against avian pathogens, consisting of the following steps: a. Preparation of an oil-in-water (O / W) emulsion as an encapsulation solution, consisting of a coating material or wall material combined with an emulsifier in an optimal ratio for this invention of 1:

1. b. Dissolving the mixture prepared in step a with deionized water (NO2). n-ionized water (DI Water) in a ratio of mixture to deionized water of 1:2, specifying that protein does not exceed 2% by weight, and that such protein is a component of gumarabic, which according to this invention consists of: • galactose (39-42%) by weight, • arabinose (24-27%) by weight, • rhamnose (12-16%) by weight, • glucuronic acid (15-16%) by weight, and • protein (1.5-2.6%) by weight. C. Take the mixture obtained from step B.

1. Mix the mixture using a mechanical homogenizer. The mechanical rotational motion ensures uniform mixing. The optimal speed according to this invention is 5,000 rpm for 5 minutes to obtain the encapsulation solution.

2. Mix the mixture from step c with a natural substance that has antibacterial activity against avian pathogens. The optimal ratio of the natural substance with antibacterial activity against the mixture from step c (encapsulation solution) according to this invention is 1:

4.

3. Mix the mixture from step d using an ultra-homogenizer at the optimal speed according to this invention, which is 10,000 rpm for 5 minutes to obtain a suspension of the encapsulated solution.

4. Take the mixture of the encapsulated solution obtained from step e.The process involves drying the substance into a powder using a spray dryer. The optimal feed rate for this invention is 1-2 kg / hour at atmospheric pressure of 90-120 kPa and an air flow rate of 60-90 cm³ / min. The feed air temperature is 150-200°C and the outlet air temperature is 50-90°C, resulting in a solid powder consistency of 20-40%.

2. A process for producing microcapsules from natural substances with antibacterial activity against avian pathogens according to claim 1, where the encapsulation material has a size ranging from 1-1000 microns.

3. A process for producing microcapsules from natural substances with antibacterial activity against avian pathogens according to either claim 1 or 2, where the ratio of the coating material or wall material and the emulsifier is optimal for this invention, i.e., 1:14.

5. A method for producing microcapsules from natural substances with antibacterial activity against avian pathogens according to any one of Patents 1 to 3, where the encapsulation material is a polysaccharide obtained from starch processing by hydrolysis to obtain a molecular weight of 300-1700 g / mol, where the starch can be selected from corn, potato or rice combined.

6. A method for producing microcapsules from natural substances with antibacterial activity against avian pathogens according to Patent 4, where the encapsulation material selected in this invention is maltodextrin.

7. A method for the production of microcapsules from natural substances with antibacterial activity against avian pathogens as per any one of Patents 1-5, where the emulsifier of choice in this invention is gumarabic.

8. A method for the production of microcapsules from natural substances with antibacterial activity against avian pathogens as per any one of Patents 1-6, where the appropriate encapsulation material or solution of this invention is maltodextrin combined with an emulsifier, called maltodextrin-gumarabic microencapsulation. The process for producing microcapsules from natural substances with antimicrobial activity against avian pathogens as per any of Patents 1-7, where maltodextrin-gumArabic microencapsulation enhances water solubility, creates emulsions and disperses the active substance, increases the stability of the encapsulated substance, and thus allows for a longer shelf life.

9. The process for producing microcapsules from natural substances with antimicrobial activity against avian pathogens as per any of Patents 1-8, where the natural substance with antimicrobial activity against avian pathogens...

10. Products obtained by the production process of microencapsulation of natural substances with antibacterial activity against pathogens in poultry according to claims 1-9, which have specific properties of killing bacteria (bactericidal effects) of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia acoli, Salmonella enterica serovar Typhimurium and Salmonella enteritidis and having antiprotozoal activity against E. acervulina and E. tenella in the duodenum and cecum of poultry.
