Claims

OCR06WT1. The brake force control system for motorcycle brake performance testing consists of a brake force input device (1) which is a touch screen mounted on a part of the motorcycle and is used to input numerical data and display the brake force values to be tested and send the data toThe brake force processor (RaspberryPi) (2) and the motor motion controller (3), powered by a power supply (4), control the motion of a motor (51) mounted on a linear motion converter (5). The motor motion controller (3) receives commands from the brake force processor (2). A screw shaft (52) moves forward, powered by the motor (51), to apply force to the brake lever (8) via a brake lever sensor (6). The screw shaft (52) can also move backward, powered by the motor (51), to relieve the force on the brake lever (8) via the brake lever sensor (6). The brake lever sensor (6) is a thin metal plate that measures the force from the screw shaft (52) and sends an analog signal to a digital amplifier (7).The amplifier and digital converter (7) amplifies the analog signal received from the brake pedal pressure sensor (6) and converts it into a digital signal to send brake force information to the brake force processor (2). The brake force processor (2) processes the brake force from the amplifier and digital converter (7) and automatically commands the increase or decrease of pressure on the screw-type metal shaft (52) so that the pressure value is close to the value obtained from the brake force input device (1). The brake force processor (2) processes the operation received from the brake performance test start switch (I), the brake performance test stop switch (O), or the brake performance test stop switch (E). The brake performance test start switch (I) and the brake performance test stop switch (O) and the brake performance test stop switch (E) areMounted on the motorcycle throttle (9)2. The brake force control system for testing the performance of motorcycle brakes according to claim 1 consists of the following working process: When the brake force data to be tested is entered on the brake force input device (1), the data is sent to the brake force processing device (RaspberryPi) (2), which calculates the brake force value according to the input value and commands the electric motor motion control device (3) and electric motor (51) respectively. The electric motor (51) operates, sending power to a screw-type metal shaft (52) to create or release the force acting on the brake lever (8), so that the brake lever (8) transmits the brake force to the motorcycle brake system. Between the screw-type metal shaft (52) and the brake lever (8), a brake lever pressure sensor (6) is installed to measure the actual force that occurs as an analog signal and send the said force value to a digital signal amplification and conversion device (7).The digital signal is then sent to the brake force processing unit (2), which checks the actual force and compares it to the force input from the brake force input unit (1). If the actual force is less than the input force, the brake force processing unit (2) will automatically command the electric motor (51) to increase the force on the screw shaft (52) until the actual force is reached. If the actual force is greater than the input force, the brake force processing unit (2) will automatically command the electric motor (51) to decrease the force on the screw shaft (52) until the actual force is reached. The motorcycle brake performance test described above will begin when the brake performance test start switch (I) is pressed. To cancel the motorcycle brake performance test described above, press the brake performance stop switch (O). In case of an emergency and it is necessary to cut off the entire power supply, this can be done by pressing the brake performance stop switch (E).
