OCR09WP03 / 08 / 25691. Formula for preparing knuckle protection devices for boxing, consisting of raw materials and chemicals with the following percentages per 100 parts: Latex 60%, Potassium oleate (K-oleate) 20%, Activated carbon 30%, Sulfur 50%, Zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate 40%, Zinc mercaptobenzothiazosol 50%, Wingstay L 40%, Zinc oxide 50%.

1. The preparation method for boxing knuckle protection devices with the components as described in point 1 involves the following steps: a. Centrifugal forceps are used to remove ammonia from the concentrated latex using speed level 1 (low level) for 1 minute. b. Potassium oleate (K-oleate) is added to the concentrated latex from step a, and the centrifugal speed is increased to level 5 (highest level) for 1 minute. c. ...

1. Add the dispersions of activated carbon, sulfur, zinc diethyl dithiocarbamate, zinc mercaptobenzothiazosol, and Wingstay L, in that order, and mix for 2 minutes.

2. Add the dispersions of zinc oxide and diphenylene guanidine to the latex compound in step c, then reduce the speed to level 3 (medium).

3. Add the dispersion of sodium silicofluoride (SSF) to the latex compound in step d, mix for 30 seconds, pour into the mold, seal the mold, and bake in a hot air oven for 3 hours or steam oven for 1 hour.

4. Remove the workpiece from the mold and bake in a hot air oven at 70 degrees Celsius until dry. This will produce a latex foam workpiece for knuckle protection in boxing.
