Abstract
Claims
OCR07AP1. A sugarcane harvester incorporating a first and second ring support structure that are mutually rotatable for rotation around the central axis of rotation, where the second ring is attached to a lifting support structure configured for lifting the sugarcane stalks from the lower receiving height to the upper discharge height, and where the lifting device is attached to the first ring.
2. A sugarcane harvester prescribing to claim 1, in which the support structure includes a primary extractor frame configured for supporting the primary extractor assembly, with the second ring attached to the primary extractor frame.
3. A sugarcane harvester prescribing to claim 1, in which the lifting device includes a lower receiving section positioned at the lower receiving height and generally arranged horizontally relative to the ground surface for receiving the sugarcane stalks, with the first and second rings positioned vertically above the lower receiving section of the lifting device.4.The presumptive sugarcane harvester in Claim 1, which is further incorporated with an actuator attached to the support structure and functionally coordinated with the first ring for the rotation of the first ring and the lifting mechanism around the central axis of rotation.
5. The presumptive sugarcane harvester in Claim 4, which is further incorporated with a torque transmission system connecting the actuator and the first ring.
6. The presumptive sugarcane harvester in Claim 5, where the torque transmission system includes a small gear mounted to the output of the actuator and a driven face coupling connected to the first ring.
7. The presumptive sugarcane harvester in Claim 6, where the small gear and the driven face are arranged in a direct meshing arrangement.
8. The presumptive sugarcane harvester in Claim 6, where the torque transmission system includes a flexible drive coupling connected to each small gear and driven face. 9.
10. A sugarcane harvester prescribing in Reputation 4, where the flexible drive connector includes one of the chains or belts.
11. A sugarcane harvester prescribing in Reputation 1, where the actuating device includes one of the hydraulically driven or electrically driven motors.
12. A sugarcane harvester prescribing in Reputation 11, where the support bracket includes a ring connector fixed to the first ring.
13. A sugarcane harvester prescribing in Reputation 12, where the support bracket includes a leg extending from the ring connector to its far end, with a lift fixed to the leg near its far end to define the boundary of the first lift support connector. 14.
15. A sugarcane harvester prescribing to claim 13, where the support brackets include interconnected links, one of the ring links or legs with a lifting mechanism to define the boundary of the second lifting support bracket.
16. A sugarcane harvester prescribing to claim 13, where the legs of the support brackets extend vertically downward generally from the ring links.
17. A sugarcane harvester incorporating a support structure, a base cutter assembly with cutting discs arranged for cutting sugarcane stalks adjacent to the base surface, a chopper with a cylinder arranged for cutting sugarcane stalks into sections, an extractor arranged for separating leaf material from the sugarcane sections, a lifting mechanism with a lower receiver arranged for receiving sugarcane sections from the chopper and a lifting mechanism that extends vertically upward from the lower receiver for lifting the sugarcane sections, and interconnected rotating bearings, the support structure and the lifting mechanism.
18. The sugarcane harvester prescribing in claim 16, in which the rotating bearings include the first and second rings which are rotatably coupled to each other for rotation around the central axis of rotation, in which the second ring is attached to the support structure and in which the first ring is attached to the lifting device.
19. The sugarcane harvester prescribing in claim 17, in which an additional support bracket is included, which connects the first ring and the lifting device, in which the support bracket includes a ring connection fixed to the first ring and a leg extending from the ring connection to its distal end, in which the lifting device is fixed to the leg near its distal end.
20. The sugarcane harvester prescribing in claim 16, in which an additional actuator is included, which is rotatably coupled to the rotating bearings for the rotation of the lifting device around the central axis of rotation of the rotating bearings.The sugarcane harvester is defined in presumptive claim 16, where the rotating bearings attached to the lifting mechanism are positioned vertically above the lower support of the lifting mechanism relative to the ground surface;
