Abstract

Claims

OCR06WT1. The gene set for stimulating the growth of microbial cells consists of: a. the ferredoxin (fd) gene, b. the butyryl-coenzyme adhydrogenase (bcd) gene, and c. the electron transfer flavoprotein (etf) gene, comprising the electron transfer flavoprotein subunit A (etfA) and the electron transfer flavoprotein subunit B (etfB) genes. The fd protein, bcd enzyme, and etfA and etfB enzymes produced from these three, respectively, in microbial cells are responsible for receiving / sending... Electron transfer is performed by the protein fd, which accepts electrons from the enzyme etfA, and the enzyme bd, which accepts electrons from the enzyme etfB2.

2. A sequence for stimulating microbial cell growth according to claim 1, where the amino acid sequence of the fd sequence is at least 90% similar to amino acid sequence number 8 (SEQIDNO:8).

3. A sequence for stimulating microbial cell growth according to claim 1, where the amino acid sequence of the etfA sequence is at least 90% similar to amino acid sequence number 9 (SEQIDNO:9) or amino acid sequence number 10 (SEQIDNO:10). 4.

1. A gene set for stimulating the growth of microbial cells according to Patent 1, in which the amino acid sequence of the etfB gene is at least 90% similar to amino acid sequence 11 (SEQIDNO:1) or amino acid sequence 12 (SEQIDNO:12).

5. A gene set for stimulating the growth of microbial cells according to Patent 1, in which the amino acid sequence of the bcd gene is at least 90% similar to amino acid sequence 13 (SEQIDNO:13) or amino acid sequence 14 (SEQIDNO:14).

6. Recombinant DNA for stimulating the growth of microbial cells. The microbial culture consists of: a. A growth-stimulating gene set containing the fd gene, the bcd gene, and the erf gene with subunit A (etf4) and subunit B (etfB) according to one of Relieves 1-5; and b. A plasmid vector of one of the following: DCDFDuct-1, pETDuet-1, pRSFDuct-1, pACYCDuct-1, pET11a, pUC18, and PUC19, in which the growth-stimulating gene set is assembled onto the plasmid vector.

7. Modified microbial cells containing the growth-stimulating gene set consisting of: a. A host microbial cell and b.A recombinant DNA containing a growth-stimulating gene set comprising the fd gene, the bcd gene, and the etf gene with subunit A (etfA) and subunit B (etfB), which is introduced into a host microbial cell.

8. A modified microbial cell according to claim 7, where the host microbial cell is selected from either Escherichiacoli, Bacillus spp., Clostridium spp., Streptomycess pp., Lactobacillus spp., Pseudomonasspp., Klehsiella spp., Azotobacters pp., Saccharomycess pp., Yarrowia spp., and Kluyveromycess pp.;
