Abstract
OCR09WP25 / 06 / 2569 A plasma-based cholangiocarcinoma screening kit that is specific to the immunoglobulin receptor protein phospholipid. A droplet-type polymerization system utilizing immunology and chromatography principles with gold nanoparticles. This report describes the use of immunoglobulin receptor proteins as biomarkers for detection. Screening for bile duct cancer can be done using a rapid lateral flow assay (LFA) test strip. The fabrication process and components involve the use of antibodies specific to the immunoglobulin receptor protein. Polymeric type for detection, labeling gold particles and coating onto a connecting plate. Antibodies for binding are sprayed onto the test line, and secondary antibodies from goats that are specific to the protein are also applied. Mouse immunoglobulin in the FC region is coated onto the control line by a gold-labeled antibody. Instead of binding to the target, it binds to a secondary antibody, resulting in a colored band on the control line to confirm accuracy. The test uses plasma from the patient, which is dropped onto the test surface, and the results are read from the colored bands that appear on the control and lead lines. The test aims to create a user-friendly, low-cost, and rapid screening test for bile duct cancer patients. Timely treatment can significantly reduce the mortality rate.
