Claims

OCR07AP1. Nanocapsules containing docosahexaenoic acid, comprising, from inside to outside, a core material, a core coating material, and a gastric soluble coating material; the core material contains algae oil containing DHA, an emulsifier, and an antioxidant; the core coating material is sein; and the gastric soluble coating material is chitosan; at the weight ratio of algae oil containing DHA.

1. Nanocapsules according to claim 1, in which the ratio by weight of algae oil containing DHA, emulsifier, and antioxidant is 100:(1-2):(1-10); and where the particle size of the nanocapsules containing docosahexaenoic acid is 400nm or less.

2. Nanocapsules according to claim 1, in which the ratio by weight of algae oil containing DHA, emulsifier, and antioxidant is 100:(1-2):(1-2).

3. Nanocapsules according to claim 1 or 2, in which the emulsifier includes Tween80, and the antioxidant includes tea polyphenol. 4.The method for preparing nanocapsules containing docosahexaenoic acid according to any one of the claims 1 through 3, which consists of the following steps: S1: Dissolving xene in an ethanol aqueous solution and mixing until homogeneous, to obtain the xene solution; S2: Dissolving chitosan in an acetic acid aqueous solution and mixing until homogeneous, to obtain the gastric wall material solution; S3: Adding algal oil containing DHA, an emulsifier, and an antioxidant to the xene solution, and cutting the mixture. S4: Slow dripping of the material obtained in S3 into a solution of dissolved wall material in the stomach and mixing until homogeneity is achieved. S5: Vacuum drying of the material obtained in S4 to remove ethanol, and then centrifugation or filtration to obtain an emulsion. S6: Spray drying of the emulsion to obtain nanocapsules containing docosahexaenoic acid.

5. Method according to claim 4, where in S1, the saine solution contains saine at a concentration of 10-40 mg / mL. 6.The method according to claim 4, in which S2, a solution of the dissolved gastric wall material contains chitosan at a mass concentration of 2-10 mg / mL.

7. The method according to claim 4, in which S3, high-speed shearing, homogenization and ultrasound are used to obtain nanocapsules. This involves high-speed shearing at a speed of 8,000 to 12,000 µm / min for 3 to 8 min, followed by ultrasound for 5 to 15 min at a frequency of 20 to 60 kHz with an electrical power of µm / min.

8. Method according to patent 4, where in S6, in spray drying, the inlet air temperature is 160-190°C, and the outlet air temperature is 75-85°C.

9. Use of nanocapsules containing docosahexaenoic acid according to any one of patents 1-3 as a food additive or animal feed additive.

10. Animal feed which includes animal feed additives, where the animal feed additive is nanocapsules containing docosahexaenoic acid according to any one of patents 1-3. 11.Food products containing food additives, where the food additives are nanocapsules containing docosahexaenoic acid as provided by any of the claims 1 through 3;
