The process of preserving multiple strains of microorganisms in beads to accelerate the breakdown of chemical residues and control plant diseases involves the following steps: a. Preparation of bacteria: Preparation of three beneficial bacterial strains, namely Pseudomonas sp. SP-TU-C, Bacillus sp. SP-TU-15-2, and Bacillus sp. SP-TU2-12Y, by culturing and increasing the quantity of these beneficial bacteria in a culture medium. a. The nutrient broth (NB) was shaken on a shaker at 150 rpm at room temperature for 24 hours. b. Optimizing the ratio for increasing the quantity of beneficial bacterial inoculum by mixing the bacteria obtained from a. in the following ratio: 3 strains of bacteria, namely Pseudomonas sp. SP-TU-C, Bacillus sp. SP-TU-15-2, and Bacillus sp. SP-TU2-12Y, in a ratio of 1:1:3 ml. c.The encapsulation of multi-strain bacteria into beads involves taking bacteria from [source], adjusting the bacterial concentration to an OD (Oxidation Daily Value) of 1.0 using a spectrophotometer at a wavelength of 600 nanometers, and then packing them into beads. The beneficial bacteria are mixed in a 1-20% sodium alginate solution, and then dropped into a 5-20% calcium lactate solution. The beads are then formed by dropping the sodium alginate and calcium lactate solutions repeatedly. The resulting beads are stored in heat-sealed aluminum foil pouches at a temperature of 5°C (+ / - 2°C).
