OCR06WT1. Manufacturing Method of Energy Storage Sub-components: Energy storage sub-components are manufactured by assembling and welding conductive parts, which are assembled with electrical connectors that connect the electrodes to the electrode-connected energy storage cell. When viewed in the direction in which the conductive parts and electrodes are opposite each other in the completed assembly state, the electrical connector consists of two parts: the first part where the outer edge of the electrical connector is positioned innermostly than the outer edge of the electrode, and the second part where the outer edge of the electrical connector is positioned outermostly than the outer edge of the electrode. The manufacturing method involves two steps:

1. Aligning the conductive parts relative to the energy storage cell in the direction along the flat surface of the conductive parts, which is performed so that the electrodes are visible from the first part and invisible from the second part; and 2. Aligning the conductive parts relative to the energy storage cell in a direction perpendicular to the flat surface of the conductive parts, which is performed by shining a light measurement through an inspection hole drilled through the conductive parts.The manufacturing method of the energy storage sub-components of claim 1, whereby the alignment procedure of the conductive part relative to the energy storage cell in a direction perpendicular to the flat surface of the conductive part includes light measurement through the inspection hole, light measurement towards the surface of the conductive part, and measurement of the distance from a given position to the surface of the conductive part and the distance from a given position to the electrode.

3. The energy storage sub-components are assembled with an energy storage cell assembled with electrodes and a conductive part assembled with an electrical junction connected to the electrodes, whereby, when viewed in the directions in which the conductive part and the electrodes are opposite, the electrical junction consists of a part one in which the outer edge of the electrical junction is positioned innerward than the outer edge of the electrode, and a part two in which the outer edge of the electrical junction is positioned outerward than the outer edge of the electrode. 4.The energy storage subcomponent of claim 3, where the electrical connection consists of a through-hole inspection hole located opposite the electrode and is installed to allow the measuring light to be used for measuring the distance to be passed.

5. The energy storage subcomponent of claim 4, where the electrode consists of a main body and an electrical contact protruding from the main body, and when the main body is viewed at section one, the conductive part is positioned so that the position of the inspection hole and the position of the electrical contact are aligned.

6. The energy storage subcomponent of claim 5, where section one is at the first edge of the electrical connection and the second edge of the electrical connection intersects with the first edge. 7.An energy storage subcomponent of any of Claims 3 through 6, whereby the conductive element is composed of a layered structure connecting several electrical junctions, the layered structure is installed by loosely stacking multiple conductive films, and each individual electrical junction is installed by stacking more densely than in the layered structure;
