Claims
1. Bar soap products containing Mimosa pudica extract have the following ingredients: - Glycerine soap base (50-80% by weight) - Olive oil, 6-20% by weight. - PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, 5-17.5% by weight. (PEG 40 hydrogenated castor oil) - PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, 4-12.5% by weight. - 1-5% Mimosa pudica extract by weight.
2. The manufacturing process for bar soap containing Mimosa pudica extract, as per claim 1, involves the following steps: A. Take the above-ground parts of the Mimosa pudica plant (stems and leaves), cut them into small pieces, wash them thoroughly, and pat them dry. Then, dry them in an oven at 40-45°C for 48 hours. Grind them into a fine powder. Maceration is then performed using a ratio of 150 grams of Mimosa pudica powder to 1 liter of 95% ethanol. Shake at 200 rpm for 72 hours, and repeat the maceration process three times. Filter the mixture using No. 1 filter paper. Evaporate the liquid using a vacuum evaporator to obtain the crude extract of Mimosa pudica L. B. Mix the crude extract of Mimosa pudica from step A with olive oil, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, and PEG-7 glyceryl cocoate, then stir well. A temperature-controlled water bath can be used to accelerate dissolution. C. Cut the glycerine soap base into small pieces. Heat it to 70-75 degrees Celsius until melted, then let it cool to 40-45 degrees Celsius. Next, add the prepared crude extract mixture from step B and stir until well combined. D. Pour the mixture from step C into the mold. Let the soap harden, then remove it from the mold and store it in its packaging.
