Abstract
Claims
1. The process of manufacturing dielectric films from copper-coated cellulose microcrystals and biodegradable plastic. The biological process involves the following steps: A. Dissolve 0.2-0.3 grams of vitamin C in 10-15 milliliters of distilled water. B. Add 1-2 grams of cellulose microcrystals and let it sit at room temperature or 25-27 degrees Celsius. Stir continuously with a magnetic stirrer for 5 minutes. C. Remove air from the solution using nitrogen gas for 3-5 minutes, then seal the container tightly. d. Mix 1.5-1.6 grams of copper salt with 20-25 milliliters of distilled water and remove the air. Extinguish with nitrogen gas for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously in a covered container for 2-4 hours. D. Filter the solution prepared in step D using a vacuum filter and rinse with water. Distillate 2:5 times to remove any remaining vitamin C. F. Dry the product prepared in step E in a hot air dryer at a temperature of 80-100 degrees Celsius. Chelsea for 12-24 hours. B. Grind finely, sieve through a 45-micron sieve, and dry in an oven at a specified temperature. 60-80 degrees Celsius for 12-24 hours to evaporate moisture. B. Produces dielectric films by coating biodegradable plastic beads with microcrystalline cellulose powder. The copper prepared in step C is mixed in a twin-screw film extruder at a temperature of 140-190 degrees Celsius. The most suitable biodegradable plastic is polylactic acid. J. Produce bidirectional stretchable dielectric film by cutting the dielectric film obtained from step B to the desired size. It is 6 centimeters wide and long, and is to be heated.
