Abstract

------02 / 10 / 2567------(OCR) OCR 10KL This invention describes a method for modifying the surface of screen-printed graphene electrodes with gold particles and poly-methionine. Surface modification with gold particles is performed using the electrodeposition method by preparing a gold standard solution in phosphate buffer solution and then dropping the gold standard solution onto the screen-printed graphene electrode. Surface modification with gold particles is also performed using the electropolymerization method by preparing an L-methionine monomer solution in phosphate buffer solution and then dropping the L-methionine monomer solution onto the screen-printed graphene electrode. An electrical potential is then applied using cyclic voltammetry. The electrode surface is then washed with deionized water and left to dry at room temperature. A functional graphene screen-printed electrode with a surface modified using gold particles and polyamethionine will be obtained for the detection of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine.

Claims

------02 / 10 / 2567------(OCR) OCR 10KL1. Method for modifying the surface of screen-printed graphene electrodes with gold particles and polymethionine, as follows: Step 1: The surface of the screen-printed graphene electrodes is modified with gold particles using the electrodeposition method. A standard gold solution with a concentration of 400-1000 µg / mL is prepared in phosphate buffer solution. 50 µL of the standard gold solution is then dropped onto the screen-printed graphene electrode. An electrical potential is then applied using cyclic voltammetry (CV) between -0.4 and +1.Step 1: Modify the electrode surface with poly-methionine using electropolymerization. Prepare an L-methionine monomer solution at a concentration of 1-7 millimolar in phosphate buffer solution. Apply 50 µL of the L-methionine monomer solution onto the graphene screen-printed electrode from Step 1. Apply a voltage of -0.6 to +2.0 volts using cyclic voltammetry at a scanning rate of 50-250 millivolts per second for 5-15 scan cycles. Finally, rinse the electrode surface with deionized water and allow it to dry at room temperature. A functional graphene screen-printed electrode with a surface modified using gold particles and polyL-methionine will be developed for the detection of 8-hydroxy-2'-deoxyguanosine.
