Abstract

OCR 10KL (13 / 01 / 2568) This invention is an internal component of an aluminum lid designed to provide a seal against the bottle rim. A tight seal; it is a molded, circular plastic disc that forms a firm seal with the rim of the bottle mouth. The structure is characterized by circular V-grooves with an inner circular ridge protruding from the bottom of the preceding V-groove. Below, the round plastic plate is positioned to create a tight seal against the inner rim of the bottle mouth, and next to the ridge. The inner circle extends outwards, with another ridge on the outer circle extending downwards to seal against the outer edge of the mouth. When the bottle cap is in the tightly closed position, next to the outer circular ridge, there is also an additional outer ring with hooks. The size fits perfectly inside the lid, and the seam where it fits with the rim of the bottle also features a sealing ridge. An additional circular layer to prevent liquid from leaking out of the bottle.

OCR 09WP 26 / 01 / 2569 1. Part (1) assembled inside the aluminum lid to support a tight seal with the edge of the bottle mouth. It is a compact, circular plastic disc molded from polyethylene (PE) material, consisting of vertical lines. It is tightly sealed to the rim of the bottle and consists of a circular V-groove with the bottom (2) of the V-groove. The area above is a circular ridge extending downwards from a round plastic plate that seals to the inside rim of the bottle mouth. It is in a tightly closed position and next to the inner circle's ridge, to the outside there is another ridge (3) of the outer circle. It extends downwards to seal against the outer edge of the bottle mouth when the cap is in the tightly closed position, next to the circular ridge. The outer part also consists of a (4) reinforced outer ring that is sized to fit the assembly of part (1) to the inside of the cover. And it has a special feature: the area where it meets with the top edge of the bottle also consists of a circular sealing ridge (5). For an additional layer of protection against liquid leakage inside the bottle, there is a circular sealing ridge (5) for protection against liquid leakage inside.
