Abstract

------26 / 12 / 2568------(OCR) OCR 09WP A system for controlling residual free chlorine in tap water in a receiving tank using Polarographic with Bead Cleaning method combined with PID control. Designed for continuous control of residual free chlorine levels in tap water (receiving tank) to meet the required standards. The system is controlled by at least two main components: an automatic continuous residual free chlorine meter (Polarographic with Bead Cleaning Type), a chlorine dosing pump, and a small circulating pump, all controlled by a PID system.D Control, powered by a developed PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), operates in both automatic and manual modes. It utilizes data collected by the system, including: free residual chlorine in the tap water tank (continuous automatic dosing), continuous automatic chlorine chemical dosing, and the circulation of water samples through a small pump (circulate pump). This continuous operation ensures the system maintains the desired free residual chlorine level in the tap water tank at all times. Furthermore, system data can be transmitted via an IoT Router Gateway to a Cloud Server for remote display and control via a web / mobile application, "Chlorine Care," used for managing free residual chlorine in the user's receiving tank.

Claims

------26 / 12 / 2568------(OCR) OCR 09WP1. The system for controlling the residual free chlorine of tap water in a water storage tank, using the Polarographic with Bead Cleaning method combined with PID Control, has the following characteristics: at least one automatic continuous residual free chlorine meter, each consisting of two parts: Free Residual Chlorine Transmitter (23) and Free Residual Chlorine Chamber (7); at least one chlorine dosing pump (10); a chlorine solution tank (Sodium Hypochlorite) (11); at least one small water pump (Circulate Pump) (5); and a Control Cabinet (9) consisting of at least two main parts: a PID control system working on a PLC (PLC Controller) (24) and an IoT Router Gateway (25) processing and sending commands to a Web Application / Mobile Application (15) developed for use on a Cloud Server. The data used for processing comes from the tap water data of the system continuously. By relying on information on tap water at the inlet of the water tank (Inlet Water) (1) and tap water in the water tank (Receiving Tank) (2)The water supply system of the water tank (6), the water chlorine distribution system (14), and the water outlet of the water tank (Outlet Water) have a first characteristic: an automatic continuous free residual chlorine meter. The FreeResidual Chlorine Chamber (7) has an automatic sensor cleaning system with a polarographic 3-electrode measurement principle: Counter Electrode (43), Reference Electrode (44), and WorkingElectrode (45) (or a polarographic 3-electrode type with a different name but the same working principle). There is also a sensor cleaning system using rotating beads to scrub and clean using water pressure, working continuously and automatically to prevent inaccurate or distorted free residual chlorine measurements due to sensor dirt. The water that passes through the measurement is recirculated back into the system; no water is discarded. The second characteristic is the control of the free residual chlorine of the tap water in the water tank. To achieve a consistent level close to the desired residual free chlorine (FRC Target or FRC Setpoint), the design uses PID control operated on a PLC.(PLC Controller) (24) to reduce the Offset value, reduce the Error value in the control system which has three specific characteristics, preventing the over-dose of chlorine water by using data from the Water Level Sensor (3) and the Chlorine Level Sensor to be used together in processing and controlling through PLC(24), which the operator can stop the system in an emergency by controlling through the Control Cabinet(9) and controlling through the Web Application / Mobile Application (15).

2. Control of the residual free chlorine value of tap water in the water tank by the Polarographic with Bead Cleaning method together with PID Control according to claim 1. Chlorine chemical dosing pump (Dosing Pump) (10) is a chlorine dosing pump with an Automatic Air Vent system to prevent Air Lock problems during use and is placed in a position higher than the chlorine water tank (Sodium Flypochlorite) (11) which contains chlorine water with a concentration of 5-10% (Weight by Weight). Chlorine water is pumped through pipes / hoses. Corrosion resistant type (12) is added at the Check valve (13) connection point (to prevent back pressure problems that may damage the chlorine dosing pump).(Dosing Pump) (10) ) where the chlorine solution is mixed with the water pipe coming from the small water pump Circulation Pump (5). The water mixed with chlorine solution is mixed and distributed through the chlorine solution distribution pipe system (14), which helps to distribute the chlorine thoroughly inside the water storage tank (2).3 The system controls the residual free chlorine value of tap water in the water storage tank using the Polarographic with Bead Cleaning method in conjunction with PID Control according to claim 1. The PLC control unit (PLC Controller) (24) processes the residual free chlorine value data minute by minute and will set the desired residual free chlorine target (FRCTarget or FRC Setpoint). If the measured residual free chlorine value is below the set threshold, the PLC will send a signal to the chlorine solution dosing pump (Dosing Pump) (10) to start the process of adding chlorine to the water storage tank (2) at the rate that the PLC (24) has processed from the data in the system until the measured residual free chlorine value reaches the threshold set by the PLC (24). The automatic chlorine dosing system uses the PID Control principle, programmed via PLC (24) to enable setting and commands, and can view data, set and command.Through the ControlCabinet (9) which is designed in both Auto or Manual modes, as well as being programmed via PLC (24) to control the automatic chlorine dosing system to ensure safety in chlorine dosing and prevent over-dose of chlorine chemicals by using data from Water Level Sensor (3) and Water Chlorine Level Sensor to be used in processing and control.

4. The system for controlling the free residual chlorine of tap water in the water tank by Polarographic with Bead Cleaning method combined with PID Control according to claim 1. The Web Application / Mobile Application (15) developed for use on Cloud Server is designed as a display screen that can operate in at least -3 modes, namely: Mode 1 displays data values continuously automatically at all times, which includes at least free residual chlorine (Free Residual Chlorine) in milligrams per liter, the rate of water chlorine chemical dosing in liters per minute or % Stroke. Mode 2 displays the operating status of the equipment (Run or Online), which includes at least PLC (24) and water chlorine chemical dosing pump (Dosing Pump) (10).Small water pump Circulation Pump (5) and the third form is to set the operation of the equipment to at least include PLC equipment (24) Chlorine water dosing pump (Dosing Pump) (10) ------------
