------October 24, 2025------(OCR) OCR 09WP The manufacturing process for lead-free X-ray shielded fiberglass doors consists of: Step 1. Preparation of raw materials: polyester resin or liquid resin, 300 gauge glass fibers, resin hardener, and barite powder. Step 2. Raw material preparation and mixing: Use barite powder and liquid resin in a ratio of 1.5 kg of barite powder to 1 kg of liquid resin. Mix using a mixer. Add the hardener to the mixture from the mixer at a ratio of 1% hardener to the weight of the mixed mixture. Step 3. Production process: Prepare the mold using the mixture from Step 2.The resin mixture is sprayed onto the mold using a spraying machine, with the following production layers: Layer 1: Spray liquid resin mixture onto the mold. Layer 2: Lay one layer of #300 fiberglass. Layer 3: Spray liquid resin mixture on layer 2, and press with a spiked roller. Layer 4: Lay two layers of #300 fiberglass. Layer 5: Spray liquid resin mixture on layer 4, and press with a spiked roller. Layer 6: Lay two layers of #300 fiberglass. Layer 7: Spray liquid resin mixture on layer 6, and press with a spiked roller. After that, the sheet is allowed to harden for 3 hours, and then removed from the mold as a finished product with an average thickness of 5 mm. The resulting sheets are then assembled into door panels using a pre-prepared wooden frame. Two sheets of the finished product are joined together to create a door with a total thickness of 38-50 mm. 1. Preparation of raw materials: - Polyester resin or liquid resin - Fiberglass reinforcement, density #300 - Resin hardener, which is methyl ethyl ketone peroxide (MEKPO), causing polymerization and resin hardening - Barite powder or barium sulfate (special characteristics).

2. Preparation of raw materials and mixture: - Use barite powder and liquid resin in a ratio of 1.5 kg of barite powder to 1 kg of liquid resin. Mix using a rapid mixing mixer at 1,450 RPM for 15-30 minutes until the mixture is well combined. - Take the mixture from the mixer and add the resin hardener. Use a mixing ratio of 1% accelerator to the weight of the mixture from the mixer (25 grams of accelerator per 2.5 kilograms of mixture from the mixer).
