------27 / 02 / 2026------(OCR) OCR 09WP 1. Coconut water noodles, which consist of coconut water, acetic acid, glucose, ammonium sulfate, and coconut jelly starter culture in a weight ratio of 30,000 : 150 : 12 : 350 : 40-50.
2. The process of producing noodles from coconut water, as per claim 1, involves the following steps: (1) Mix the prepared coconut water with acetic acid, bring to a boil at 90 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes, then mix with glucose and ammonium sulfate, mix until dissolved, then pack into containers, seal with white paper and leave for 1 day. (2) Take the coconut jelly starter culture, which is obtained from the fermentation process of acetic acid bacteria or polysaccharides, and drop it into the coconut water obtained from (1) in the ratio, seal it with white paper and leave it for 12-15 days. (3) Take the fermented coconut jelly and slice it into sheets. (4) Take the sliced sheet from (3) and process it into strips using a strip cutter. (5) Take the cut coconut jelly and bleach it using hydrogen peroxide mixed with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Knead the strands together and leave them for 3 days. Wash them thoroughly until they are free of hydrogen peroxide and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose.
3. The process of producing fibers from coconut water, as per claim 2, where the appropriate slicing step is to use sheets 5 millimeters wide. ------------
