Abstract

------21 / 10 / 2025------(OCR) OCR 10KL This invention relates to a formula for manufacturing microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil. It consists of deionized water, food-grade gum Arabic, and protein. Whey (protein) or inulin and black cumin seed oil, microencapsulation powder manufacturing process. Cold-pressed black cumin seed oil is produced using a process that involves deionizing water and gum arabic. Gum Arabic (Food grade), whey protein or inulin, and seed oil. Black cumin seeds are mixed until a homogeneous paste is obtained, then dried in a spray dryer to produce microencapsulated powder. Cold-pressed black cumin seed oil ------------ ------27 / 11 / 2024------(OCR) OCR 10KL This invention relates to microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil, containing water. Deionized water, Gum Arabic (Food grade), Whey protein. Whey or inulin and black cumin seed oil. The process of manufacturing microencapsulated powder from seed oil. Cold-extracted black cumin seeds are produced using a process that incorporates deionized water and gum arabic. A blend of Arabic (food grade) protein, whey protein or inulin, and black cumin seed oil. Until it is homogeneous, then it is put into a spray dryer to obtain microencapsulated powder from candle seed oil. Cold-pressed black oil ------------ This invention relates to microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil, composed of deionized water, food-grade gum Arabic, whey protein or inulin, and black cumin seed oil. The manufacturing process of this microencapsulated powder involves mixing the deionized water, food-grade gum Arabic, whey protein or inulin, and black cumin seed oil until homogeneous, then spray-drying to obtain the resulting microencapsulated powder.

Claims

------21 / 10 / 2025------(OCR) OCR 10KL 1. The formula for producing microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil consists of: Deionized water, with a concentration of 67-88.5 percent by weight. Gum Arabic (Food grade) 5-15 percent by weight. Whey protein or inulin, 5-15 percent by weight. Black cumin seed oil, 1.5-3 percent by weight.

2. The process for manufacturing microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil, as per claim 1, which... It consists of the following steps: A. Combine gum arabic, whey protein, and deionized water and stir until homogeneous. This will produce the mixture. It has the appearance of a cloudy white liquid. B. Mix the cloudy white mixture obtained in step A with black cumin seed oil using a centrifuge. Stir at a speed of 14,000 revolutions per minute for 5 to 7 minutes until homogeneous, resulting in an emulsion solution. It is a cloudy, cream-colored liquid. C. Take the emulsion solution obtained in step B and put it into a spray dryer at a temperature of 160 to 180°C. At temperatures of 100°C for 60 to 90 minutes, microencapsulated powder will be obtained from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil. And store it at a temperature not exceeding 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. ------27 / 11 / 2024------(OCR) OCR 10KL 1. Microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil contains: Deionized water, with a concentration of 67-88.5 percent by weight. Gum Arabic (Food grade) 5-15 percent by weight. Whey protein or inulin, 5-15 percent by weight. Black cumin seed oil, 1.5-3 percent by weight.

2. The manufacturing process of microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil, as per claim 1, consists of the following steps: A. Stir the gum arabic, whey protein, and deionized water until homogeneous. This will result in a cloudy white liquid mixture. B. Combine the cloudy white mixture obtained in step A with the black cumin seed oil using a centrifuge at 14,000 rpm for 5 to 7 minutes until homogeneous. This will produce an emulsion solution that is a cloudy cream-colored liquid. C. The emulsion solution obtained in step B is then placed in a spray dryer at a temperature of 160 to 180 degrees Celsius for 60 to 90 minutes. This yields microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil, which is then stored at a temperature not exceeding 20 to 25 degrees Celsius. ------------ 1. Microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil consists of 67-88.5% by weight of deionized water, 5-15% by weight of food-grade gum arabic, 5-15% by weight of whey protein or inulin, and 1.5-3% by weight of black cumin seed oil.

2. The manufacturing process for microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil, as per patent 1, consists of the following steps: a. Gum arabic, whey protein, and deionized water are stirred until homogeneous, resulting in a cloudy white liquid mixture. b. The cloudy white mixture from step a is then mixed with black cumin seed oil using a centrifuge at 14,000 rpm for 5 to 7 minutes until homogeneous, resulting in an emulsion solution that is a cloudy cream-colored liquid. c. The emulsion solution obtained from step b...The extracted black cumin seed oil is then placed in a spray dryer at a temperature of 160 to 180 degrees Celsius for 60 to 90 minutes. This yields microencapsulated powder from cold-pressed black cumin seed oil. The powder is then stored at a temperature not exceeding 20 to 25 degrees Celsius until ready for use.
