Radish Threshing or Mixing Machine consists of: Body (1) inside the body contains stalks / fins (2) base of the radish threshing or mixing machine (3) base structure (4) motor shaft (5) locking base (6) hand winch (8) gears (9) locking bolt (10) speed control motor with timer system (11). Its characteristics are: Body (1) made of 316 stainless steel, with the base of the radish threshing or mixing machine (3) made of steel, inside the body contains stalks / fins (2) and locking base (6) causing the body to rotate during use. The base structure (4) uses a U-shaped steel plate connected to the central shaft which is welded to the stainless steel body and directly connected to the motor shaft (5) to transmit the driving force to the stainless steel body. The bottom of the base structure (4) has 4 wheels for moving the machine. The machine uses a speed control motor with a timer system (11) which can control the on-off operation by time. The working mechanism of the turnip kneading or mixing machine has a rotation control system using a hand winch (8) to reduce the force required to adjust the direction of the stainless steel tank in the vertical direction (0-45 degrees from the vertical).Suitable for adding raw materials and kneading radishes, the cable system is used to adjust the angle of the drum by a pulley of this type which reduces the force by half of the total weight.
