Abstract

OCR 07AP This concealed hinge invention consists of a first housing (10), a second housing (200), a horizontal threaded rod (10), a vertical threaded rod (13) for horizontal adjustment (11), a vertical adjustment gear (12), a large hinge (14), and a small hinge (15) for mounting one set above and one set below per door. The purpose of this invention is to enhance the aesthetic and functional capabilities of furniture design by providing horizontal and vertical adjustment to eliminate the problem of door installation not being possible if the cabinet frame is not perfectly square.

Consists of first housing (100), second housing (200), horizontal threaded shaft (10), vertical threaded shaft (13), horizontal adjustment gear (11), vertical adjustment gear (12), large hinge (14) and small hinge (15). It has the following characteristics: the first housing (100) is a rectangular box, serving as the main structure to contain part of the small hinge (15), large hinge (14), horizontal threaded shaft (10), vertical threaded shaft (13) and the pivot shafts of the small hinge (15) and large hinge (14). The second housing (200) is a rectangular box, serving as a secondary structure to contain part of the small hinge (15) and large hinge (14) and the pivot shafts of the small hinge (15) and large hinge (14). The horizontal threaded shaft (10) is a fine threaded shaft. It functions as a threaded shaft for adjusting the horizontal distance. The vertical threaded shaft (13) is a fine threaded shaft that functions as a threaded shaft for adjusting the vertical distance. The horizontal adjustment gear (11) is fitted onto the horizontal threaded shaft (10) to rotate and adjust the horizontal distance.
