OCR 09WP 18 / 05 / 2569 1. Jelly product fortified with rice bran extract, containing: - Rice bran protein extract, 0.75-1.00% by weight of the product. - Gelling agent: 2.25-2.50% by weight of the product. - Sweeteners: 11.75-12.00% by weight of the product. - Fruit acids: 0.25-0.50% by weight of the product. - Add water to reach 100% by weight of the product. Where you can choose between rice bran protein isolate from either Sang Yod rice bran protein or Hom rice bran protein. Queen, either one or both combined.
2. Jelly product fortified with rice bran extract, as per claim 1, where the gelling agent is selectable from gelatin. Konjac powder, carrageenan, pectin, xanthan gum, or alkalinum. Alginate, either one or two or more of them combined.
3. Jelly product fortified with rice bran extract, as per claim 1, where the sweetener is selectable from xylitol. (Xylitol), stevia (sweetener), sorbitol, mannitol, maltitol, or Erythritol, either individually or in combination with another substance.
4. Jelly product fortified with rice bran extract, as per claim 1, where selectable fruit acids include citric acid. Which one is it? Ascorbic acid, malic acid, or tartaric acid? One or two things combined, or more.
