Abstract

------20 / 03 / 2569------(OCR) OCR 09WP This invention is a counter-helix ring burner for diffusion type burners, with a burner base designed to independently separate air and fuel outlets. It consists of left and right fuel pipes and an air pipe centrally located on the base. A centrally perforated base cover is fitted on top for connection to the air pipe. The air and fuel outlets are arranged in two symmetrically concentric concentric rings at the same height. Key technical features include: a clearly defined internal air and fuel separation structure within the burner base for enhanced safety; a counter-clockwise rotation of the internal helical fuel and air pipes; and the arrangement of two concentric ring outlets in the same plane to create turbulent flow and rapid mixing induction.

------20 / 03 / 2569------(OCR) OCR 09WP1. Counter-spiral ring burner. Consists of burner base (1), which serves as the base of the burner and is a hollow cylinder with an open top and bottom, drilled and threaded with three holes for the left fuel inlet (11), the right fuel inlet (10), and the air inlet (9). On top of the burner base (1) is the burner base cap (2). The burner base cap (2) is drilled and threaded in the center to accommodate the lower air pipe (3) and the lower fuel pipe (5). The lower air pipe (3) is responsible for receiving air from the air inlet (9) to the upper air pipe (4). The lower air pipe (3) is a long pipe with the thickness of the pipe decreasing at both ends so that the upper end is an air pipe connector (15) to fit into the lower end of the upper air pipe (4), and the lower end of the lower air pipe (3) is threaded to fit snugly into the air inlet (9). To prevent and separate the supply channels between the air and fuel mixture at the base of the upper air pipe (4), connected to the lower air pipe (3), it has a common function with the lower air pipe (3).To receive air from the lower air pipe (3) to mix with fuel from the upper fuel pipe (6). The upper air pipe (4) is a short pipe with a thinner inner bottom end, and the upper end of the upper air pipe (4) is the same height as the end of the upper fuel pipe (6). At the upper end of the upper air pipe (4) there is a thread at the outer end of the pipe in a clockwise direction. The lower fuel pipe (5) is responsible for transporting fuel from the burner base (1) to make the fuel flow into the upper fuel pipe (6). The lower fuel pipe (5) is a pipe that is larger than the lower air pipe (3) and the upper air pipe (4) and is used to enclose the lower air pipe (3) to create a fuel passage (12). At both ends of the thinner lower fuel pipe (5), the thinner bottom end is threaded to fit tightly into the center hole of the burner base cap (2) to prevent fuel from the fuel chamber (16) from leaking out. At the thinner top end, it connects to the fuel pipe connector (14) of the upper fuel pipe (6).To fit the upper fuel pipe (6) and lower fuel pipe (5) into the outside of the upper air pipe (4) and lower air pipe (3), respectively, to transport fuel from the burner base (1) through the fuel chamber (16) to the lower fuel pipe (5) and upper fuel pipe (6), respectively. This fitting creates a void for the fuel passage (12). The upper fuel pipe (6) is a pipe whose lower end is bored out from the inside to make a fuel pipe connector (14) that can fit into the upper end of the lower fuel pipe (5). The upper end of the upper fuel pipe (6) is a pipe that is reduced in size to an internal thread in a counterclockwise direction to increase the fuel velocity and allow the fuel to exit the burner tip more easily with the air. It has a special feature that the air and fuel pipes are separated from the burner base (1) and at the burner tip, the air and fuel pipes are separated in the form of two concentric circles at the same height, in the area of the upper air pipe (4) and the upper fuel pipe (6).It has a spiral pipe shape that is in opposite directions, with the upper air pipe (4) having an outer spiral shape in a clockwise direction and the upper fuel pipe (6) having an inner spiral shape in a counterclockwise direction.
