Abstract

A plant tissue culture method that does not require bleaching, but instead uses a tissue culture medium. MS (Multimediated Soy Sauce) formulas contain sodium hypochlorite or chlorine dioxide immediately, without the need to let the food sit. The process begins with preparing tissue from turmeric sprouts grown from mushrooms. The turmeric sprouts are then cleaned. Remove all soil and impurities, then cultivate them in a tissue culture medium containing sodium hypochlorite. Disinfect the turmeric sprouts with chloride or chlorine dioxide and immediately place the cleaned turmeric sprouts on the food.
