Abstract
Claims
1. A night moisturizer formula containing Calophyllum inophyllum seed oil extract. The microemulsion formulation consists of: Oil extracted from the seeds of the Calophyllum inophyllum plant. Microemulsion formulation (0.5-10 percent by weight) Glycerin 0.5-5 percent by weight. Stearyl alcohol 0.5-5 percent by weight. Dimethicone 1-2 percent by weight. Polyacrylamide mixture (50-70% by weight) C13-14 isoparaffin (20-40% by weight) And Laureth-7 (1-10% by weight) 0.5-3% by weight. Polyethylene glycol 400 or PEG-8 (polyethylene glycol 400 or PEG-8) 2-5 percent by weight. 1-2 percent by weight of phenoxyethanol. Distilled water 68-94 percent by weight.
2. Manufacturing process of a night moisturizer containing Calophyllum inophyllum seed oil extract. The microemulsion formulation described in Claim 1 involves the following steps: A. Dried Calophyllum inophyllum seeds, which had been baked at 50 degrees Celsius, were extracted using a cold press. The extract was then centrifuged at 5000 rpm for 15 minutes, yielding a clear oil layer at the top. This oil was then used to obtain 0.1-1% of the total. By weight, mix with a polyethylene glycol 400 or PEG-8 mixture to 80% polysorbate. (Polysorbate 80) (1:1 ratio by weight) 50-90% by weight and distilled water 9-49.9% by weight, mixed with a stirrer. Let the substance sit for 30 minutes at room temperature to obtain a clear, sediment-free microemulsion. Then, mix in glycerin. Polyethylene glycol 400 or PEG-8, phenoxyethanol, and distilled water. B. Melt stearyl alcohol at 60 degrees Celsius and add dimethicone. Mix thoroughly and add the polyacrylamide mixture (50-70% by weight) C13-14 isoparaffin (C13-14). Isoparaffin (20-40% by weight) and Laureth-7 (1-10% by weight) are then mixed with the mixture obtained from step A. Mix the ingredients together to get a night moisturizer containing Colophyllum inophyllum seed oil. A microemulsion formulation with a smooth, thick, white texture.
