Claims
OCR 10KL (27 / 07 / 2568) 1. A formula for artificial plywood made from recycled paper and natural rubber, consisting of the following components: natural rubber Paper 40-90 parts per 100 parts of rubber 3-5 parts sulfur per 100 parts of rubber Zinc oxide 1-5 parts per 100 parts of rubber. Stearic acid 1-5 parts per 100 parts of rubber Catalyst 0.5-5 parts per 100 parts of rubber. Anti-degradation additive 1-5 parts per 100 parts of rubber. Fungicide 2-12 parts per 100 parts of rubber. Flame retardant 2-12 parts per 100 parts of rubber. where Natural rubber options include STR 5L rubber blocks, STR 20 rubber blocks, and rubber sheets. Smoking, air-drying rubber sheets, or a combination of both. The catalyst can be selected from N-Tertiarybutyl-2-benzothiazole sulfinamide. benzothiazole sulfenamide (TBBS) Antioxidants include butylhydroxytoluene (BHT). Antifungal agents can be selected from silver, titanium, and zinc oxide, either individually or in combination. Combined Flame retardants can be selected from aluminum oxide, silica, or clay, either individually or in combination. Combined 2. The process for manufacturing artificial plywood from recycled paper combined with natural rubber, as per claim 1, involves the following steps: A. Prepare paper fibers by tearing or cutting paper into small pieces and then soaking them. Water is added to soften the paper. After that, it is passed through a wet stirring or spinning machine at high speed. Then... Filter out the water and dry the material at a temperature of 50-100 degrees Celsius for 6-10 hours. This step will yield dry paper fibers. B. Grind the dry paper fibers obtained from step A and mix them with natural rubber and chemicals, including sulfur. Zinc oxide, stearic acid, catalysts, anti-aging agents, antifungal agents, and anti-corrosion agents. Ignite using a two-roll mill or an internal mixer. This step will result in rubber compound. C. The rubber compound obtained from step B is then molded into sheets using the compression molding method. To form into sheets with a thickness of 0.5 - 20 millimeters at a temperature of 140 - 160 degrees Celsius. This step takes 0.5 - 30 minutes and results in artificial plywood made from recycled paper combined with natural rubber.
