Add cellulase enzyme and stir the slurry for 24 hours at a temperature of 45-55 degrees Celsius to break down the cellulose chains into sugars. d. Separate the solids and liquids. Add powdered or fresh yeast to the liquid, maintaining a cell concentration of 1 x 10⁷ cells per milliliter. Stir the mixture under these conditions for 24 hours.
