Process and Product of Gnetum Leaf Powder for Rice Seasoning consists of the following steps: 1.1 Processing method for Gnetum leaf powder for rice seasoning using the Convection Drying process. 1.1.1 Gnetum leaves with an average color value in the Munsell Book range of 5GY5 / 8 5 / 10 are washed and drained. 1.1.2 The Gnetum leaves from step 1.1.1 are spread out on a drying rack. 1.1.2 Use the convection drying process, which can be either a hot air oven or an oven using a halogen lamp or infrared radiation source, at a temperature of 90-120 degrees Celsius for 3-4 hours. 1.1.3 Grind the dried Gnetum leaves from step 1.1.2 finely and sieve them through a 60-mesh sieve. Pack the sieved Gnetum leaves into hermetically sealed containers to prevent moisture and air from entering or escaping. 1.2 Processing method for Gnetum leaf powder for rice seasoning using the microwave drying process as per claim 1. Details are as per process section 1.
