Abstract

OCR 07AP The tube supporting the bottle forming process consists of an outer body with an inner cavity, a curved closed bottom rim, an open top rim, and an outer surface with at least two protruding side edges towards the top. These edges create a channel for the insertion of the bottle cap. After the outer body expands into the inner mold of the bottle under external compression, forming the bottle, the inner surface of the open top rim curves inward to facilitate the return of liquid or viscous fluid into the bottle. The outer surface of the open top rim also has a curved, outward-curving edge that extends longer than the outer surface of the outer body, acting as a guide to facilitate the outward flow of liquid or viscous fluid. The lower edge of the outward-curving edge is concave inward to prevent dripping of the liquid or viscous fluid inside the bottle.

Claims

OCR 07AP 1. The tube supporting the forming of the bottle consists of an outer body (1) which is a long tube with an inner cavity (2) and a bottom closed edge (3) which is curved outwards or the outer surface of the bottom closed edge (3) has a protruding shoulder (4) which is formed by the casting of the tube supporting mold, and an open top end (5) which is an opening for the external pressure to enter, causing the outer body (1) to expand into the inside of the bottle mold, and the outer surface towards the top of the outer body (1) will have a protruding shoulder (6) which is a series of protruding shoulders around the sides, at least two shoulders apart, to create a channel for insertion (7) to accommodate the opening and closing cap of the bottle after the outer body (1) has expanded into the inside of the bottle mold, and the inner surface of the open top end (5) will have a curved inwards (8) which is a series of curved shoulders around the sides to help the liquid or viscous substance flow back into the inside of the bottle easily. After the outer body (1)The outer body (1) expands into the inside of the bottle mold to form the bottle. It has a special feature: the outer surface of the top open edge (5) is a curved, protruding edge (9) that is longer than the outer surface of the outer body (1) from the top of the protruding edge (6) to act as a guide edge to help liquids or viscous substances flow out of the inside of the bottle after the outer body (1) expands into the inside of the bottle mold. This, along with the bottom edge of the curved, protruding edge (9) which is a concave, inward curve (10) edge to avoid the dripping of liquids or viscous substances contained inside the bottle after the outer body (1) expands into the inside of the bottle mold, forms the bottle.
