Abstract

------21 / 05 / 2569------(OCR) The OCR 10KL, a previously manufactured coconut peeling machine, often suffered from two main problems: a lack of sufficiently high and consistent driving power to effectively pull and tear the thick, fibrous coconut shell, resulting in interrupted and time-consuming operation; and a lack of accuracy in positioning the coconut for the peeling process, leading to visual estimation errors, shell damage, and product quality loss. This invention addresses these issues by combining two key techniques: Firstly, the use of a hydraulic power unit as the primary driving force to efficiently and consistently pull and tear the shell. Secondly, the installation of a laser-guided system to precisely position the coconut at the center, an improved feature for enhanced positioning before peeling. The coconut peeling machine features an ergonomically designed steel structure and comprises nine main components. The peeling mechanism consists of a coconut gripping assembly and a peeling hand assembly, which work in conjunction to spread, pull, and tear the shell. In using this invention, the operator places a coconut on the coconut gripping unit, aligning the top tip with the center aligned by a laser beam. A control hand then operates the hydraulic power unit, causing the gripper to push the coconut upwards against the peeling unit, quickly pulling and detaching the shell. This invention significantly reduces peeling time, increases accuracy, and reduces the physical strain on the operator. ------------ ------18 / 02 / 2569------(OCR) OCR 09WP Previously designed coconut peeling machines often faced two main problems: a lack of sufficiently high and consistent driving power to effectively pull and tear the thick, fibrous coconut shell, resulting in interrupted and time-consuming operation; and a lack of accuracy in positioning the coconut for the peeling process, leading to visual estimation errors, shell damage, and product quality loss. This invention significantly reduces peeling time, increases accuracy, and reduces the physical strain on the operator.

Claims

------21 / 05 / 2569------(OCR) The OCR 10KL is a hydraulic coconut peeling machine with laser positioning. It consists of a structural unit (1) and a warning light (8) on which the hydraulic power unit (5) and control unit (7) are mounted. The up-down slide unit (4) is mounted on the structural unit (1). The coconut gripper (2) is mounted on the slide unit (4). A laser emitter (9) is located on top of the coconut peeler (3), mounted above the coconut gripper (2), with the sharp end mounted below. A control unit (6) is connected to the hydraulic system to control the movement of the gripper (2) and the peeler (3). The special feature of this invention is that it consists of a laser emitter (9) mounted on top of the work area where the beam falls on the coconut gripper (2) to identify the object's position relative to the axis of the coconut peeler (3), and uses a hydraulic system (5) as the power source to drive the peeler (3) to move separately while the gripper (2) moves up along the slide unit (4). ------------ ------18 / 02 / 2569------(OCR) OCR 09WP Hydraulic coconut peeling machine with laser positioning. Consists of a structure (1) on which a hydraulic power unit (5) and a control cabinet (7) are mounted. A sliding leg (4) is mounted on the structure (1). A coconut gripper (2) is mounted on the sliding leg (4). A coconut peeling hand (3) is mounted above the coconut gripper (2), with the sharp end mounted below. A control hand (6) is connected to the hydraulic system to control the movement of the gripper (2) and the peeling hand (3). A special feature of this invention is that it consists of a laser firing unit (9) mounted on the upper part of the work area in the position where the laser beam falls on the coconut gripper (2) to identify the position of the object relative to the axis of the coconut peeling hand (3), and uses a hydraulic system (5) as the power source to drive the peeling hand (3) to move separately from the gripper (2) while the gripper (2) moves up along the sliding leg (4). ------------
