Gelatinization is achieved using a mixed enzyme formula by mixing the enzyme blend and incubating the biomass containing starch and lignostic materials. Cellulose is a component that exists under conditions of temperature of 40-60 degrees Celsius and a pH of 4.0-6.0. Rotation speed of 200 revolutions per minute for 0.5-75 hours.

OCR 09WP 06 / 05 / 2569 1. Biomass digestion methods that use starch and lignocellulose materials that are not gelatinized. With a blend of enzymes, it contains: - Starch-digesting enzymes work together with lignocellulose-digesting enzymes to produce sugar molecules. The individual steps are as follows: A. Mix the enzyme formula in a concentration of 0.5-10.0 milligrams per gram of substrate. B. Cultivate biomass containing starch and lignocellulose materials under conditions of a temperature of 40°C. 60 degrees Celsius, pH value 4.0-6.0, rotational speed 200 revolutions per minute, for 0.5-75 hours.
