Abstract
Claims
1. The formula for preparing porous material from xyloglucan and polyvinyl alcohol consists of: Xyloglucan 0.5 - 5.0 percent by weight. Polyvinyl alcohol 0.5 - 5.0 percent by weight. Citric acid 0.5 - 2.0 percent by weight. Distilled water or deionized water is used as a solvent, adjusting to a total weight of 100. Percentage by weight 2. A process for manufacturing porous materials from xyloglucan and polyvinyl alcohol, as per the claim. Step 1, which involves the following steps: a. Prepare a polyvinyl alcohol solution by dissolving it in distilled water or dehydrated water. Ionization using an ultrasonic homogenizer. B. Heat to a temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius for 20-40 minutes. C. Add xyloglucan to the polyvinyl alcohol solution and mix using an ultrasonic mixer. Sonic Homogenizer d. Heat to a temperature of 60-80 degrees Celsius for 20-40 minutes. e. Add citric acid to the solution and mix using an ultrasonic homogenizer. f. Pour the mixture into a container of the desired shape. B. Freeze at -40 degrees Celsius for 24 hours. C. Place the dried items in a freeze-dryer at a temperature of -76 degrees Celsius. Push a pressure of 0.0010 millibars for 24 hours. J. Place the dry workpiece from step C on a Teflon tray and put it in a convection oven at the specified temperature. The porous hydrogel material is heated to 120 degrees Celsius. Once the temperature reaches 145 degrees Celsius, it is removed from the oven.
