Claims
OCR09WP14 / 08 / 25691. Biogas production process from Napier grass mixed with organic waste using a mixed anaerobic microbial process consisting of the following steps: a. Preparation of the main biomass raw material, Napier grass, which is reduced in size using mechanical methods. b. Preparation of the co-biomass raw material, wet sludge. c. Mixing the main biomass raw material with the co-biomass material in a weight ratio of 2-5 parts main biomass to 1 part co-biomass, resulting in an organic loading rate of 1- 1. 1.5 kg of volatile solids per cubic meter per day (kgTVS / cubic meter reactor-day). d. Prepare an anaerobic microbial inoculum mixture derived from a combination of at least two or more types of animal manure. e. Mix the biomass raw materials from step c with the microbial inoculum from step d and perform continuous fermentation in a continuous reactor (CSTR), maintaining the fermentation temperature between 30-45 degrees Celsius. f. Ferment the mixture from step e for a retention time of 40-80 days in a multi-stage reactor. The process of biogas production from Napier grass mixed with organic waste using a selective anaerobic mixed microbial process according to claim 1, where the suitable Napier grass is classified as Pak Chong 13.
