OCR09WP15 / 06 / 25691. The formulation of a carbon composite coating for the preparation of carbon composite electrodes shall consist of: • Carbon composite body: 50-99% by weight of carbon material; 0.9-49.9% by weight of sugar; 0.1-15% by weight of acid; • Solvent: 1-99 times the weight of the carbon composite body.

2. The formulation of a carbon composite coating for the preparation of carbon composite electrodes according to Patent 1, where the carbon material shall be selected from activated carbon, graphite, reduced graphene, graphene oxide, carbon fiber, carbon nanotube, carbon black, or a mixture of such materials.

3. The formulation of a carbon composite coating for the preparation of carbon composite electrodes according to Patent 1, where the carbon composite body shall be further composed of additives not exceeding 5% by weight of the carbon composite body, where such additives shall be selected from cellulose, cellulose derivatives, or a mixture of such materials. 4.The formulation of a carbon composite coating for the preparation of carbon composite electrodes according to claim 1, where the sugar is selectable from sucrose, glucose, fructose, or a suitable mixture of such substances, namely sucrose; 5. The formulation of a carbon composite coating for the preparation of carbon composite electrodes according to claim 1, where the acid is selectable from sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrochloric acid, sulfonic acid, trifluoroacetic acid, or a suitable mixture of such acids, namely sulfuric acid; 6. The formulation of a carbon composite coating for the preparation of carbon composite electrodes according to claim 1, where the solvent is selectable from aqueous alcohol, or a suitable mixture of such substances;
