Claims
1. Glass bottle packaging characterized by an alumina coating on the outer surface; 2. Glass bottle packaging as per claim 1 where the alumina layer increases the impact resistance of the packaging by 20% to 30%; 3. The alumina layer as per claim 1 where the substrate for its construction is an organoluminum compound; 4. Glass bottle packaging as per claim 1 where the coating method is chemical vapor deposition in the hot-end coating process; 5. Glass bottle packaging as per claim 1 where the thickness of the alumina layer is in the range of 50-120 nanometers.
