Soil preparation involves plowing twice, then adding manure at a rate of 500 kg / rai and mixing it thoroughly. b. Apply base fertilizer formula 16-20-0 (N-P2O5-K2O) at a rate of 25 kg / rai. c. Plant eggplant using a row spacing of 50 cm and a hole spacing of 30 cm, planting 3-5 seeds per hole. After 7 days, thin to leave 1 plant per hole. d. Fertilize the grown eggplant twice. The planting schedule is as follows:
1. Fertilizer formula 15-15-15 (N-P2O5-K2O) was applied at a rate of 25 kg / rai when the eggplant was 14 days old after planting.
2. Fertilizer formula 21-0-0 (N-P2O5-K2O) was applied at a rate of 25 kg / rai when the eggplant was 42 days old after planting.
3. Indole-3-butyric acid was sprayed weekly on the eggplant plants from planting until they reached the pre-flowering stage, for a total of 8 times. The concentration of indole-3-butyric acid used was 1,000 ppm.
4. The eggplant plants were watered using a sprinkler system every 2-3 days throughout the growing season. 5.Weed control for eggplant cultivation was carried out twice: the first time during hilling, and the second time when the eggplants were 42 days old after planting.
