OCR09WP22 / 09 / 25691. A formulation of porous nanofibers containing crude extract of White Clover (Cynanchum spp.) for wound fluid absorption and antibacterial properties consists of 6-12% by weight of cellulose acetate powder and 5-30% by weight of crude extract of White Clover (Cynanchum spp.) to which a solvent is added until reaching 100% by weight. The solvent mixture is dichloromethane and methanol, with a dichloromethane to methanol ratio of 4-9:1 by weight.

3. A formulation of porous nanofibers containing crude extract of Centella asiatica for wound fluid absorption and antibacterial properties according to patent 1 or 2, which is crosslinked with glyoxal vapor crosslinking agent for 30-300 minutes. The process for producing porous nanofibers containing crude extract of Centella asiatica for wound fluid absorption and antibacterial properties, as per any one of Patents 1-3, involves the following steps: a. Mix cellulose acetate powder with a solvent until thoroughly combined, then add the crude extract of Centella asiatica. b. Shape the mixture from step a to obtain cellulose acetate nanofibers containing the crude extract of Centella asiatica using a needleless electrospinning machine with a distance between the screen and the needle tip of 10-20 centimeters and an electrical potential difference of 35-60 kilovolts. The fiber collection time is 2 hours. c. Crosslink the cellulose acetate nanofibers from step b using glyoxal vapor crosslinking agent for 30-300 minutes.
